Shipping
- Single shipments will be shipped out via UPS. To get an estimate delivery time, please go to www.UPS.com. The shipping zip code is 48144.
- Pallet purchases will be shipped out via UPS Freight. To get an estimated delivery time, please go to www.UPSfreight.com. The shipping zip code for pallet purchases is 48182.
- You will be either emailed or faxed a tracking number for your reference as soon as your item ships. If you do not receive your tracking number by the following business day please call the office @ 866-377-4657.

You will have 30 total days (including weekends and holidays) from the date of delivery to return your purchase. You will have to contact a sales rep within 30 days to have a UPS pickup scheduled and obtain an RO # for the purchase. If you send the purchase back without calling to get a RO #, your return will not be accepted.
- No hassel, no problem! All you have to do is call us and we'll take care of everything!
- Upon receiving the purchase and passing inspection you will be given a refund within 24 hours. Your refund will come in the form of payment that you originally purchased in.
- Basically as long as it looks like the sink was not ran over by a truck, we will accept the return and give you a 100% full refund.
